About 3 or 4 weeks back I kept getting the images of sitting in a cube and needing to find a meaningful structure inside the space. Then over the last 5 days it exploded and was "all there" within quite a short time. When I had the structure clear and began to work with it, I could feel a tremendous intensity.
I had felt and seen strings of stacked cubes before, like as if every cube was
one pixel, or a photon, of a beam of light and the accuracy of the strings were lossless and perfect
over unlimited distances, but the stacked light-cubes had no internal
structure. One of the most powerful cubes is the black stone in Mekkah, thoug it is within the material dimension. In recent conversation with a good friend about the visions, we have at this time of crisis and transition, he told me that he has seen a horned armadillo. I checked up on the Armadillo and I found that its method of defense is the same, as I had been meditating on, this shape of a sphere within the cube, curling up and withdrawing into the center. Inside the sphere is a diamond of the shape of a double pyramid with a square base and 4 equilateral triangles above and below. Each of those equilateral triangles forms the base of a tetrahedron pointing outwards (the "horns" of the Armadillo) and the apexes of those eight tetrahedrons touch the eight corners of the cube that fits snug into another, larger sphere. Those 8 Tetrahedrons also form the shape of the famous Merkabah, however the alignment of the human body is different. This - as a side-note - is the reason, why the Merkabah-meditations are so dangerous for the spiritual health and balance and actually a demonic tool to prevent the formation of the diamond mind. The Diamond mind is more compressed, smaller and stable in its orientation, the Merkabah structure spins, expands and looses direction and focus.
There are two spheres. One sphere includes the corners of the cube and the other sphere is located inside the cube and includes only the central diamond. If you imagine those cubes stacked, the larger spheres would be overlapping, thus giving the structure of sharing space with each other and interdependent existence. This is only possible, when there is a peaceful and respectful atmosphere without any attempts to abuse power and expand beyond one's own boundaries. The structure of those interlocking spheres is the matrix that is unfolded by the Merkabah meditations and this permits the intrusion and overpowering of other spheres, if those are not aligned with their own diamond center. Such a stable alignment is however impossible with the Merkabah-Meditation, due to the wrong axis of the human body, the head being projected into one of the Tetrahedra, that is one of the "horns" of the Armadillo.
The smaller spheres only touch at the six center points of the sides of the cube and this would be the situation of ultimate stability and retreat behind a line of unbreakable defense. The seduction of expansion and always being larger, greater etc. is the hallmark of the demonic mind, the distilled essence of ego. The protection of the diamond mind depends on voluntary withdrawal and agreeing to become smaller, not larger.
Further, if you would stack those cubes, you will
find that the spare spaces are exactly the shape of additional
double-pyramid-diamonds. In fact every such diamond shares one of its 12
crests with another diamond and touches 6 further diamonds apex to
apex. It is a perfect cubic structure in which also the numbers 3 and 6
are realised through the tetrahedrons that fill the spaces in-between.
You could imagine the entire thing constructed of tetrahedrons and the
diamonds would form naturally as the empty spaces in-between or vice
versa, you can imagine it is made up of double-pyramid-diamonds and then
the empty spaces would naturally form the tetrahedrons. It is the
perfect marriage between the numbers 3 and 4, the numbers of instinct
and willpower, the numbers of action due to automatic impulse and action based on conscious choice. 
For meditating with this arrangement and applying it
to the body structure, I suggest to visualise the head at the top of one
pyramid and the feet at the apex of the downward pyramid. The four
corners of the square base would be front, back and either side. So the
body is divided in right/left, center/back and top/bottom. The
shoulders would focus the energy of the four upper tetrahedrons and the
hips would focus the lower four. - In alignment to the group mind, I -
being a woman - imagine within the cube below my feet all women, whom I would like as mothers and who
would be happy to mother me. For men it would be the place of their
fathers. The cube above my head would be the space for all women, who
want to be mothered by me. The cubes on either side are the place for
all women, who like me as their sister. The cube behind my back is the
place of men, who would be my good fathers and my good adult sons, the
cube in front of me the place of my husband and my not-yet-adult sons.
For men vice versa.
The twelve neighboring diamonds I share crests with, I
divide into three groups of four:
Above: Four teachers, who see my ignorance and choose to share their
knowledge and wisdom with me. They also share crests with my daughters,
my sisters, my fathers and adult sons, my husband and young sons.
Through them I receive their counsel. To those I pledge my life and
place myself under their judgement and protection. More specifically: If
I should prove to be so stubborn that it should require death to learn a
lesson, my teacher has my consent to end my life.
Below: Four students, who see something in my actions, which they want
to learn. They share crests with my mothers, my sisters, my fathers,
adult sons, husband and young sons. Through them I share my experience,
knowledge and wisdom gathered. To those I also pledge my life and place
myself under their judgement and protection. More specifically: If I
should have taught them anything false or failed to share essential
knowledge, thereby creating an insurmountable obstacle in their path,
they are empowered to take me down.
Around the middle: Four beings, placed around me by fate, whom I need to
evaluate, judge, master, subdue, correct and potentially eliminate.
Those four share crests with my teachers, my students, my sisters, my
fathers and adult sons, my husband and young sons. They are the case
studies for working out the necessary disciplinary actions. To this task
I also pledge my life and agree to pay with my life for any error of
judgment. More specifically: If I fail to identify an error, I agree to
die due to my ignorance and accept the person as my parent in the future.
If I see the error and pronounce judgement but fail to correct it
within myself, I agree to die and accept this person as my child. If I
malign this person with unjustified accusations, and pronounce judgement
based on lies, I agree to have the relationship reversed and be placed
under their judgement. If I still maintain the slander, I agree to be
forever separated from their existence.
The place of separation is the diamond within either one of the cubes
that touch diagonally only at the eight corners of the central one.
These are 8 potential points of complete elimination. The separation is
possible, because the entire structure is not static, but has a pulse, a
rhythm of expansion and contraction. Therefore, if the rhythms loose
their synchronicity, the diagonal diamond can be made to drift away from
all the ones connected to the central one. Previously shared crests
will drift apart due to the impulse of rejection, which opposes all
impulses that are generate within the eliminated structure and the
ability of the consciousness that rests in truth and justice to generate
long periods of stillness.This really is the heart and soul of this meditation. The Chinese have a proverb: When making plans for the future the first question is about the people. Whom are you planning into your future? The second question is about the nature of the project, what you want to do together. The third question is about the location, where do you want to be. The very last question is about the climate, what kind of weather do you want to live in. Before you think of sunshine and what you want to do and where, you think of the people. Creating a good future means first and foremost, effectively eliminating bad people from your world.

What does "separation" mean in practical terms? - It can mean death, either for the one, whom I want to expel or for me. Both is acceptable, as long as we end up in disconnected dimensions. That is the ticket. Since we have reason to believe that even the world of the dead has become connected to our dimension of the world of the living in a way that defied our freedom to create a good future, we understand that this was the problem, why it took so long to figure it out. -
The key to this are the "inner dimensions": The space of the discarnate beings, who associate themselves with me, is within my physical frame. We share the same center. So "out" is really "out". Space is not empty. Space is already something, it is an element and it is created by the action of the mind. Only Empty is Empty. Therefore the universe is finite, though the boundary can never be seen, because the eyes are the sense for perceiving light, yet light is not the creative source, it is the secondary phenomenon after the secret sound of thought. Space is unfolded before the boat of light, like a bow-wave creating the space for light to travel in. Light is neither good nor bad in itself. It reflects the quality of the thought that originates in the creative mind. So, if the ship full of the people, that is to separate from my ship, is propelled outwards, it will travel into its very own self-created space.
I drove my ex-army-van, still painted in camouflage colors, into a road and a man jumped out of a house and aimed at me with a pistol, but did not shoot and it was clear that he knew, it would have been unjustified. He was just making a show. I drove on and stopped at a house, where a woman-friend lived, but I had not known her before. Then, surprisingly, we were in the house of the man with the gun at the top of the street and he had some marihuana plants. He noticed my interest and gave me some. Then the woman rolled a joint, but it was huge and she did use a thick leaf of some kind of plant instead of paper. I took one puff, but it did not seem to have any noticeable effect. Then a small bird or a huge moth came flying in and I pointed it out to the others, asking, what it might be. The creature flew towards me and transformed into a goose. I wanted to make contact, but remembered that geese have a habit of pinching. Sure enough the goose started to bite into my hands and fingers, but not very hard. Then she changed colors, her body was pink and white, her head and feet a soft grey. She looked like a painting. Then she jumped into my arms and wanted to snuggle up. I was weary of her beak, but when I looked at her head close to my face, I saw, that she had "swallowed" her beak, it was like folded into her mouth as if on a hinge. The goose caressed my face with her head and gave me kisses. After a while I carried her into the room next door and put her into her nest. The man came and said, he might find a mate for her, since she is still in the reproductive age, to raise chicks. Somehow I pitied the goose. Then I saw that there were also a flock of chicken.
When I woke up, I understood that my diamond meditation has effectively put a stop to some slander that was perpetrated against me. Good.
It's very healthy to look at those types of images and meditate with them. It structures the mind. Therefore it is unhealthy to focus exclusively on something like the "Merkabah", especially because this excludes too many numbers and is based on 3,6 and 9 only.
And a bit of number crunching: All the sides of the
center double pyramid and the 8 tetrahedrons are of equal length. If we
give them the length "1" then the side of the cube around them equals
the square root of 2, which is in music the perfect middle point of an
octave, the so-called "Tritone", a mystical tone. It's very healthy to look at those types of images and meditate with them. It structures the mind. Therefore it is unhealthy to focus exclusively on something like the "Merkabah", especially because this excludes too many numbers and is based on 3,6 and 9 only.
When I listened to it, after a while, I finally understood the last two hexagrams of the I Ching a bit better. Hexagram number 63 is called: "After completion" and number 64: "Before completion". The Chinese assigned a slightly better fortune to "Before completion" than to "After completion", even though "after completion" is the perfect sate of peaceful union, but it is hard to maintain. When I listened to the Tritone, I knew that this was the essence of "before completion" and the fully formed structure with the side-lengths of "1" were the equivalent of "after completion".
To add a bit of fame to the argument, here an article of Ted Cruz's crusade against the "devil's tone", as the Tritone was dubbed as well. To me this is an assurance of its beneficial effect, it opens spaces, gives freedom and protection. It corresponds exactly to the diameter of the sphere around the central diamond. Little wonder that it is a thorn in the ear of anyone, who dabbles in ploys of seeking power and domination over others:

According to Cruz, music was at one time performed “in the service of God” and utilized pure, consonant intervals to “facilitate the act of worship.”
“One thousand years ago, God-fearing Christians just like yourselves were steadfastly avoiding the corruptive influence of the tritone,” Cruz preached. “Then, the unemployed troubadour class began to wander the European continent looking for handouts, promoting lust and worldly desire through sensuous lute songs that shamelessly employed the tritone to lure listeners toward sin.”
Gradually, Cruz continued, the interplay between dissonance and consonance found its way into sacred music, becoming normalized during the Renaissance before it was codified in the early Baroque period with the advent of tonality and the discovery of the dominant seventh chord.
“It is a sad fact of history that even the greatest, most devout of musical geniuses, Johann Sebastian Bach, would choose to feature such Satanic symbolism at the core of his polyphony,” Cruz said."

When I looked at the mathematical formula for calculating the height of the Tetrahedra, I came across a third possible sphere, the sphere that touches all the edges of the cube. It is larger than the one, which touches the sides and smaller than the one that goes through the corners. It hovers around the central diamond, not touching it at all and the tips of the Tetrahedra protrude outwards through it's surface. The radius of this third sphere is one, the exact same as all the edges of diamonds and tetrahedra.
